However, where a customer remains dissatisfied after exhausting our internal complaints resolution process, they may escalate the matter to the Complaints Management and Advice Bureau (CMAB) of the Ghana Insurers Association for independent review and support. CMAB serves as an industry-supported dispute resolution platform aimed at promoting transparency, fairness, and trust within the insurance sector.
